About the Role:
As a Weekend PCA at MN10, SYNERGY HomeCare of Eagan, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver to join our team on weekends. As a Weekend PCA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, their families, and our community.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
Help with medication management and administration
Engage in activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care

Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices
