Heart Failure (CHF) Cardiologist Non-Interventionalist

Join a thriving, hospital-employed cardiology group of 15 physicians and 12 APPs in a sought-after Denver university community. Work alongside 5 experienced invasive cardiologists within an award-winning health system known for clinical excellence. This role focuses on the comprehensive management of patients with advanced heart failure.
This is a growth position offering strong referral support and a collegial team environment.
Highlights:
*Provide outpatient and inpatient care for patients with congestive heart failure (CHF)
*Manage advanced heart failure therapies, including guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT)
*Collaborate with cardiology, hospitalist, and specialty teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans
*Participate in the development and growth of heart failure programs and services
