Intercultural Leader 26/27Expected hours of work per week: 15-20Work Location & Hours: Intercultural Program Center and various campus locations; hours varyQualifications for Position:Demonstrated willingness to apply biblical standards to areas of race, culture, ethnicity, and biblical justice.The ability to make others feel welcome and to relate well with a wide range of people and personalities.Demonstrated ability in sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality, especially when working with sensitive information.The ability to counsel and collaborate with other students respectfully and constructively.Demonstrated experience taking initiative on projects or in previous work circumstances.Knowledge and willingness to learn Google Office Suite (particularly Docs, Sheets, and Gmail)Expected Duties and Responsibilities:Counsel and collaborate with students who are having difficulty adjusting to Covenant College.Manage various programs and projects as assigned and collaborate with fellow intercultural leaders.Be on time for shifts, and stay until the end of shifts. Communicate with the supervisor if you cannot work due to illness or emergencies.Show up ready to work. Be diligent in working on specific projects assigned to you and complete them in a timely fashion.Submit a weekly account of work completed and hours worked to the supervisor.Attend meetings and training as needed throughout the semester.Resume skills (NACE Competencies required by employers) to be developedCareer & Self-Development including....
