Porter - Building Maintenance

Our busy auto body repair facility, office spaces, and towing operation are looking for a dependable Porter / Building Maintenance team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

$17 - $22 hourly

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Daily garbage and debris removal
• Sweeping and maintaining shop floors
• Removal and disposal of cardboard boxes
• Operating a paper/cardboard baler
• Cleaning spills and maintaining safe work areas
• Monitoring and cleaning indoor carpets and office areas
• Maintaining outdoor walkways during snow and ice events
• General building upkeep and light maintenance duties
• Assisting with cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and follow directions
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Prior maintenance or porter experience is helpful but not required
