• Collect, sort, and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and support the culinary team as needed
• Properly stack and store cleaned items
• Help keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods
• Learn basic pastry and kitchen techniques while working alongside experienced team members

• Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude
• Professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
• Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Able to work well under pressure in a high-energy restaurant environment
• Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Previous back-of-house experience is helpful but not required
