We are looking for a friendly, service-driven Assistant FOH Manager to join the leadership team of our fast-casual café in Malvern, PA.

This is a great opportunity for a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or FOH Manager who loves hospitality and wants to grow. You’ll support the GM in running a smooth, guest-focused front of house while helping lead and develop a strong service team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily FOH operations – lead shifts, keep service running on time, and ensure a great guest experience
• Help train, coach, and motivate the service team including cashiers, baristas, and food runners
• Be present on the floor – greet guests, handle feedback, ensure order accuracy and speed
• Work as a liaison with the kitchen to keep communication and ticket times tight during peak periods
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, checklists, and keeping the dining room and service areas clean and organized
• Help with scheduling, inventory for FOH supplies, and upholding sanitation and DOH standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of FOH leadership experience – FOH Supervisor, Shift Lead, Assistant FOH Manager, or FOH Manager in fast-casual or full-service
• Passion for hospitality – you’re warm, welcoming, and lead by example
• Experience with POS, handling a rush, and coaching a team
• Reliable, organized, and great at communication and multitasking
• Open availability for days, weekends, and holidays – no late nights
