The Mariemont Care Center is hiring a Full-Time RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations on a nursing unit and lead a dedicated nursing team. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who is ready to step into or continue a leadership role within a skilled nursing environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift (may include occasional weekends)
Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Manage day-to-day nursing operations for assigned unit

• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Monitor clinical documentation, care plans, and quality measures

• Collaborate with DON, ADON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

• Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Support infection control practices and quality improvement initiatives

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff education as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Previous leadership, charge nurse, or unit management experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred

• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold staff accountable
