Customer Service RepresentativeTake a leading roll in our customer service department. Will work closely with other departments regarding production, quoting, and shipping/warehousing of products. Must have experience in showing compassion and understanding towards client's needs. Must have strong written, verbal communication skills, math and people skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the use of a CRM system is a must. Specific Duties include:Being a Self-Starter – Forward ThinkerAbility to Multi-taskWorking on gathering info for RFQ'sPresenting Pricing Options to customersWork with CSRs to learn technical DataHaving a positive attitude in a TEAM environmentLead by example and be willing to ask for assistanceRun and track inventory reports and work with production on re-stock programs.Position reports to the Vice President of Sales of a 53-year-old, family-owned company. Telemark Diversified Graphics is a Printer and Converter of Thermal Paper for use in ATM, POS, KIOSK, Mobile and Ticket printers.
