Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized effectively.
Implement retail sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment that promotes a positive experience for clients.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and encourage collaboration.
Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding promotions and inventory management.

Requirements
2+ years of salon or spa management experience
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proven ability to manage and delegate within a large team
Background in retail sales with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
Experience in training development to enhance team capabilities.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
Knowledge of retail math principles to analyze performance metrics accurately.
