Location: Danville, Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)
Pay: Starting at $60,000
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Overview
Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our clinical team at our Danville Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents receiving behavioral health treatment in a structured, therapeutic residential setting.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care focused on helping youth achieve emotional stability, behavioral growth, and long-term success.

Position Summary
The Mental Health Professional provides assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and treatment planning services for youth receiving residential treatment. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote positive treatment outcomes and support overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes
• Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources
• Support the safety, structure, and therapeutic environment of the residential program
• Participate in therapeutic activities and programming
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications
Required
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
Preferred
• Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
• Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Danville, PA
• Position includes occasional on-call responsibilities

Work Location
This is an in-person position based in Danville, PA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
