If you're ready to help shape the future of orthodontics, we'd love to welcome you to the Molen family.We're offering our Patient Care Call Center Rep:Competitive pay of $20.00 - $22.00/hourHealth and vision insurance401(k) with company matchBonus structureHSA/FSALife insuranceShort- and Long-term disabilityUniformsCompany partiesAnniversary bonusHoliday pay (4 pd)DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PATIENT CARE CALL CENTER REP:Working 4 days per week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pmMaintaining a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude throughout the dayAnswering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, and directing calls to the correct person/departmentPromptly responding to emails, faxes, and live chatsMaintaining our calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointmentsFollowing sales script training to save cancelled appointments and maintain high retention ratesAccurately processing paymentsResolving patient issues, answering questions, and promoting products and contests when appropriateProviding fantastic customer service and making a positive impression of our officeWE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS...Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experiencePositive, enthusiastic, and professional attitudeCollaborative team spiritStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTime management and task prioritization abilitiesSolid work ethic and self-motivation to succeedDesire to learn more and grow in the fieldGenuine passion for helping others and elevating the patient experienceHigh school degree or equivalentAbility to sit for extended periods and speak over the phoneCall center or customer service experience would be great but isn't required for this entry-level role.
