Engagement Overview

We are seeking an experienced automotive sales professional or sales-training business to provide independent sales-training and consulting services to our retail automotive dealership.

This engagement is structured as an independent contractor relationship. The Contractor is engaged to provide defined professional services and is not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of the Company or its dealership clients.

The Contractor will operate an independently established business and will retain control over the manner, means, methods, sequence, and techniques used to accomplish the agreed-upon training objectives, subject only to mutually agreed project deliverables, deadlines, dealership access requirements, and applicable client policies.

Scope of Services

The Contractor may provide services including:

  • Sales training and professional development for automotive dealership sales teams.
  • Sales-process assessment and consulting.
  • Classroom, workshop, virtual, and experiential training.
  • Sales role-play and skills development.
  • Coaching related to customer engagement, needs discovery, presentations, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
  • Training related to inbound leads, internet leads, phone opportunities, showroom traffic, and appointment setting.
  • CRM and sales-process consulting.
  • Sales-management coaching and process-improvement consulting.
  • Performance assessments and recommendations.
  • Development or delivery of customized sales-training programs.
  • Other mutually agreed professional consulting services.
