Immediately Hiring: Order Pullers – Warehouse Associates
Leola, PA | $16/hr | 1st shift, Full-Time
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Order Pullers to join a leading distribution team in Leola, PA. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pull customer orders using RF scanners and summary sheets
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves and stage for shipment
- Verify item quantities, conditions, and labeling for accuracy
- Restock and organize warehouse bins, shelves, and overstock areas
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading, inventory, and special warehouse projects
Requirements:
- 6+ months of warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift
- Reliable and detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Comfortable using ladders and RF devices for inventory tracking
- Experience in warehouse or production setting required
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
