The District Manager will ensure that all properties are managed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company policies and standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing resident satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:•\tStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative leasing and marketing strategies that exceed occupancy and revenue targets for assigned manufactured housing communities.•\tTeam Development: Lead and mentor a team of community staff, providing tailored training, ongoing support, and performance evaluations to maximize individual and collective achievements.•\tCollaborative Excellence: Collaborate with regional managers, property teams, and maintenance staff to ensure a seamless resident journey from move-in to move-out.•\tMarket Insight: Stay attuned to market trends, competition, and rental rates for manufactured housing to craft pricing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.•\tCommunity Alignment: Regularly visit properties to ensure leasing and marketing efforts align with community objectives and uphold presentation standards.•\tResident Loyalty: Oversee the implementation of resident retention programs, cultivating elevated resident satisfaction and a strong sense of community.•\tPerformance Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive leasing reports to leadership, outlining performance metrics, market insights, and actionable strategies.•\tTeam Culture: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the community staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.Required Skills:•\tProven sales and leasing success within the manufactured housing industry.•\tExceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.•\tProficiency in leasing and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Manager)•\tStrong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.•\tExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.•\tAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies as needed.•\tCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional experiences.•\tFlexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.•\tThe responsibilities of this position are subject to change at any time due to the needs of the business.
