Manufacturing Manager – Precision Manufacturing

A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. This role oversees production teams, drives operational efficiency, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams
• Improve efficiency, throughput, and overall shop performance
• Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet production goals
• Coach and develop supervisors and production staff
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Background in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, contract manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, or similar industries
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
