JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.
Provide housekeeping: assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.
Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.

Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.
SCHEDULE:
OPEN AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.
Based on caregiver availability plus client needs
Most common shifts are weekdays 8AM-6PM range
Weekend shifts available
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
Driver's License
