Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and planning according to dietary needs.
• Monitor and record clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and ensure client confidentiality and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.
• Prior experience in personal care or home health care is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
