Home Health Scheduler

First Steps Nursing and Therapy is hiring a Full-time Home Health Scheduler / Healthcare Recruiter to support our pediatric private duty nursing team.

If you have experience scheduling nurses or recruiting in home health and can manage a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• On-call rotation required

• Coordinate schedules for LVNs and RNs

• Manage call-outs and fill open shifts quickly

• Ensure all patient cases are fully staffed

• Communicate with nurses daily regarding schedules

• Recruit and screen nurses LVNs and RNs

• Conduct phone interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain active candidate pipeline

• Assist with onboarding new hires

• 1+ year home health scheduling OR healthcare recruiting experience (REQUIRED)

• Experience working with LVNs and RNs preferred

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Computer proficiency required
