Bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Liaison - Geriatric Care
Drive community growth for our adult day care center!
We're seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) liaison to build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations in Newark and Essex County.
You'll identify eligible seniors, guide them through the authorization process, and expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare contacts and community organizations serving the geriatric population.
* Generate leads and promote our adult medical day care services.
* Assist clients with the qualification and authorization process for services.
* Conduct outreach and presentations within the community.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
* Strong knowledge of the Newark/Essex County healthcare landscape.
* Experience working with the geriatric population.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
