Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 ANNUALLY (based on experience and competency)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Conducting assessments
Providing training to parents and staff
Collaborating with other members of the team and BCBA
Maintaining records and documentation
Attending professional development activities
Supervising RBTs

Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
