Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 ANNUALLY (based on experience and competency)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Conducting assessments

  • Providing training to parents and staff

  • Collaborating with other members of the team and BCBA

  • Maintaining records and documentation

  • Attending professional development activities

  • Supervising RBTs

  • The opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field

  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification

  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
