Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Director of Human Resources at a long-term care facility, you will be responsible for managing the HR Department and ensuring compliance with the organization's mission and talent strategy. You will be responsible for managing payroll, employee relations, and recruiting for the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage recruitment needs - hiring, onboarding and orientation for new employees.
•Conduct Background Checks for all employees.
•Oversee and complete bi-weekly payroll.
•Assist with reconciliation of benefits.
•Provide HR support to facility employees

Preferred Qualifications:
•Previous HR experience in Nursing Home or Skilled Nursing Facility
•Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, and OSHA.
•Experience with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, and benefits administration.
