Job Description
Position: Part-Time Dietary Aide
Facility: Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Hazlet, NJ
Shift: Part Time
Pay Rate: $15.94–$17.53/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Report to work on time, in uniform, and ready for duty
Handle food and equipment in compliance with sanitation policies
Follow all safety protocols when using kitchen equipment
Deliver food trays and carts to resident rooms and dining areas
Serve meals in the dining room
Prepare and deliver snacks as directed
Assist with daily and scheduled cleaning duties
Report any issues or discrepancies to the department supervisor
Ensure residents and families receive quality service in a compassionate setting
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Food Services Director
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Able to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas
Willing to learn and apply new food service practices
Experience in food preparation and service is preferred but not required
