MOLDER

Monday – Friday

5:45 am – 2:15 pm, overtime is mandatory

$18.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Requires the ability to count, measure, weigh, and mix materials accurately.
Position requires quality-oriented, safety-minded, and service-oriented individuals.
Requires learning/knowledge of hazardous material handling.
Preparation of molding equipment for daily operations.
Responsible for preparing reinforcing medium and resin for molding.
Load reinforcing medium and resin or premi charges of prescribed amount into molding equipment and carry out prescribed molding cycles.
Make minor adjustments to equipment, charge and/or cycle to obtain a quality product.
Unload the part from the molding equipment, ensuring the part meets quality standards.
This position must learn and understand mixes and material identification.
Housekeeping in and around molds, buildings on a daily basis, and wherever it is required.
Proper and safe use of all equipment used on a daily basis (sander, scarfire, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to use basic math skills such as add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers.
Ability to use measuring tapes and other recording instruments is required.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, feel object, tools, or controls.
The employee is required to talk or hear.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
