About This Role
We are seeking a co-teacher to provide top-notch care and support to a class of 16 young children aged 2-5, while working closely with a partner to maintain our exceptional teacher-to-child ratio of 1:8.
What You'll Do
Our ideal co-teacher will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, fostering meaningful relationships with the children, maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment, keeping families informed, and contributing to a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
Requirements
Our co-teacher must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school degree, with experience being a definite plus.
Nice To Haves
Bonus qualifications include a CDA in early childhood education, an Associate's degree in early childhood education, a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or current CPR/First Aid certification.
