Co-Teacher (2-3 year olds)

A co-teacher is responsible for the care of and well-being of 16 children ages 2-5. Co-teacher's are paired with another co-teacher making our highest ratio 1:8.

A co-teacher is responsible for lesson planning, conducting meaningful interactions with the children, classroom management, keeping a tidy classroom, communicating with families, ensuring the safety of all children, and helping to create a positive and happy environment.

Eighteen years of age and high school degree. Experience preferred but not mandatory.

CDA in early childhood education, Associates in early childhood education, Bachelor's in early childhood education, CPR/First Aid certification

• Paid federal holidays. Paid Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter vacation. No nights, no weekends.
