  • Specialty:
    • HematologyOncology
  • Coverage Needs:
    • ASAP Ongoing
  • Shifts:
    • Tuesday - Friday8a 5p
    • Will need to rotate somecall
  • Call:
    • Option for both night and weekend call
  • Support Staff:
    • 3 Other Hem/Onc Doctors and 4 APPs
  • EMR:
    • EPIC
  • Census:
    • 18-20 patients daily
  • Board Certification:
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Setting
    • Clinical setting during day
    • On callincludes consults on the hospital side, well rounding
    • Trauma Level 3
    • Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing
  • Travel:
    • Hospital will cover
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • 60-90 days (hoping for 9/1 start)
  • Requirements:
    • ActiveINlicense or IMLC
    • At Least 2 years of experience
    • ACLS and BLS both AHA issued
