Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff across all shifts

• Monitor quality of care and clinical compliance

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and staff education

• Participate in resident care planning and family communication

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

• Full-time

• Location: Ocean County, NJ

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey

• Prior ADON experience in a nursing home, OR 3+ years as a Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, or Unit Manager in a nursing home setting

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
