Company: Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in a large Temple TX business. All of our services are free for prospective employees. Our positions can be temporary, temporary to permanent or permanent positions depending on a particular customer’s need.

Pay/Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour. DOE.

Hours of Work: 8:00am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Experienced Accounts Payable clerk needed to utilize ERP system to create and process invoices, conduct PO invoicing, maintain financial records, and make payments to vendors. Strong data entry skills needed. Must be word, excel, and outlook proficient. Must complete criminal background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong oral communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, strong customer service mindset, and professional demeanor. High school Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 6 months previous experience preferred.
