Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals and snacks in accordance with our dietary menu
Work in the dish room as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
Assist residents with food service, including serving and delivering meals
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, dining rooms, and food storage areas
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation
Mandatory Qualifications:
High school graduate
Experience in quantity food preparation/production, preferred
Skills and Qualities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
