Essential Job Functions

**

• Continue to foster and maintain current business relationships¨NBSP;

• Assist in building new business development opportunities

• **Source and recruit top talent

  ** using various platforms and strategies

• Conduct candidate interviews (in-person, phone, and virtual)

• **Manage and support associates

  ** throughout their assignments

• **Quickly fill job orders with urgency

  ** while maintaining quality

  ⏱️

• Complete employment verifications, background checks, and additional HR duties as needed

• Perform inside sales activities to support client growth and retention

Job Requirements

**

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week

• **Excellent communication skills

  ** (verbal and written)

• **MUST be team-oriented

  ** and collaborative

• Strong data entry and computer skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• **Bi-lingual is a plus
