Purple Onion in Los Gatos, CA is looking for a FOH shift lead to join our team! We have two locations - 26 E Main Street and 14107 Suite R Winchester Boulevard. This position requires above-average proficiency in Cashier and Barista responsibilities and a Food Handlers Certificate and RBS Certificate. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, hard-working and enjoys being part of a team. Functions essential to the performance of this job:
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, customer service focused attitude at all times.
- Maintain and take proper care of POS assets.
- Monitor FOH staff job performance levels and provide constructive guidance to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to deal positively with all customer complaints and issues and effectively communicate all issues to management.
- Ability to supervise all FOH staff to maintain operational and cleanliness standards and inform management of inventory, staffing, and scheduling issues.
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and /or verbal instructions independently.
- Ability to lift up to 35lb. objects.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and opening/closing shifts.
Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by Management and pays $17 to $19 an hour, plus tips. We are looking forward to receiving your application. Thank you.
