The successful candidate will work as a deeply technical liaison to both internal product and manufacturing teams as well as external SiC foundry and material suppliers.Primary Job Responsibilities/DutiesLead SiC power products NPI: discrete, module, die salesEnsure all NPI schedules and business gate requirements are met and on scheduleAssist in new product platform roadmap development and designOversee external foundry SPC integration and material supplier quality standardsWork with product engineering to build internal test/screening/qualification procedures specific for high reliability SiC productsWork with application engineering to drive SiC specific datasheet, application, and reliability testing strategies to ensure full compliance withAEQ and new JEDEC and customer requirements such as dynamic dV/dt, BPD, dynamic Vth, and diode surgeDesired or Required (Skills, Education, Experience):Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field5 years experience in SiC device or product engineeringKnowledge of power semiconductor qualification standards (JEDEC, AEC-Q101)Familiar with power semiconductor test and assemblyPrevious foundry experience
