Shift Options:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
10:30 PM- 7:00 AM
$7,000 Sign-On Bonus (Details provided during the interview process)

Meadowood Nursing Center, a 99-bed long-term care and skilled rehabilitation facility located in scenic Clearlake, California, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

$55–$62 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of California
CPR/BLS certified (or able to obtain during orientation)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulatory guidelines
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to appropriate departments
Participate in infection control and quality improvement programs
Educate patients and families
Transcribe and implement physician orders (per Nurse Practice Act)

Collaborate with physicians, including participating in rounds as needed
