About the Role:
Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's), grooming, and mobility
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry as needed
Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their goals
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Document client care accurately and thoroughly in our electronic medical records system
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in the healthcare industry, as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA, with a passion for delivering exceptional care
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods while providing care
Valid driver's license and reliable and insured transportation for travel to and from client visits
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care
