Requirements to Start:
Complete DSW (Direct Support Worker) Training – Free and fully supported
Hold a valid CPR and First Aid Certification (we can help guide you through the process if you don't already have it)
Be 18 or older
Pass a background check
Have a friend or family member enrolled (or eligible) in ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System)
Job Duties Include:
Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping
Providing safe, compassionate support to a loved one in their home
Staying connected with our care team for ongoing support and resources
