What You’ll Do:
- Be the first and last impression—greet guests with energy and thank them on the way out
- Manage the flow of the restaurant (seating, waitlists, reservations) like a pro
- Keep things running smoothly by staying in sync with servers, kitchen, and management
- Answer phones, handle reservations, and keep everything updated in the system
- Build connections with guests and turn first-timers into regulars
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the role
- Long shifts (up to 12 hours) on your feet—this is an active position
- Reliable and always on time
- Polished, professional appearance
- Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills (in person + phone)
- Organized and great at multitasking
- Comfortable using tech (reservation systems like OpenTable, POS, basic apps)
