Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Masons for projects located in or around New Richmond, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $32-$38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  • Perform site layout including establishing corners, squaring the site, and snapping level lines
  • Lay leads and build wall corners to establish proper height and alignment
  • Lay CMU block while maintaining proper alignment using mason's line
  • Butter block by applying mortar to ends and faces before placement
  • Tool mortar joints to ensure proper compression and finish
  • Install vertical and horizontal reinforcement as required
  • Grout reinforced block walls to meet structural specifications
  • Follow all job-site safety requirements and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

  • Must have commercial masonry experience
  • Must provide and wear all required PPE
  • Must have standard masonry hand tools including; trowels, levels, mason's line, jointing tools, etc.
  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
