- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Monitor and respond to guest requests and communication in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate cash handling and complete shift balancing procedures
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Communicate important information with other departments and the overnight team
- Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be reliable and able to work the 3 PM–11 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
