What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by:

• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Safely operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available for qualified candidates)
• Maintaining accurate inventory and reporting discrepancies
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We're Looking For

• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in company-required screenings
