  • Create a safe and engaging classroom environment
  • Inspire learning through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences
  • Support literacy, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and leadership
  • Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards

Qualifications

Candidates must meet North Carolina licensing requirements and possess one or more of the following:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field
  • CDA credential
  • Relevant preschool or Pre-K experience
  • Enrollment in an Early Childhood Education program
