ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide clinical oversight for individualized, evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with families and behavior technicians to develop treatment plans, monitor client progress, provide caregiver training, and drive meaningful clinical outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians

  • Provide caregiver training and family support

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions

  • Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners

  • Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation

  • Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards

  • Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and industry standards

REQUIREMENTS
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, high-quality ABA care
