Loss Prevention Associate – Hiring ASAP!
Location: Obetz, OH
Looking for a steady schedule where you can stay active and make a difference? We’re hiring Loss Prevention Associates to help protect our facility, inventory, and employees!
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor facility entrances, exits, and restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the warehouse, production floor, and shipping/receiving areas
- Monitor camera systems and report suspicious activity
- Document incidents, safety hazards, and policy violations
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents in a calm, professional manner
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and facility access
- Work with management, HR, and law enforcement when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and incident reporting systems
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Prior security, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday–Sunday: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday–Sunday: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Start Date:
- ASAP
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and access different areas of the facility
