At PABLO, our security team helps make sure everyone can have a great night in a safe and welcoming environment.
We’re looking for people who are confident, aware, professional, and able to handle difficult situations without creating bigger ones. This role is about good judgment and communication just as much as security.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests and help manage the door and entrance
Check IDs and follow all age and entry requirements
Monitor the restaurant, bar, VIP areas, and entrances throughout the night
Help manage lines and guest flow during busy nights
Identify potential problems early and communicate with managers and other security staff
Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Assist with removing guests when necessary
Work with the PABLO team to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
Help with opening and closing security procedures
What You Bring:
Confidence and strong communication skills
Good judgment and awareness of your surroundings
The ability to stay calm in difficult or high-pressure situations
A professional and respectful approach to guests
Reliability and a team-first attitude
Late-night and weekend availability
Previous security, nightlife, or door experience is a plus
