Experienced Flat Roof Installer - Southern Wisconsin

Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking, experienced roofers to join our Flat Roofing crew. If you know your way around a commercial roof and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you – and we'll pay you a $1,000 sign-on bonus to get started.

• What You'll Do
• Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems with speed and precision
• Operate hand and power tools used in flat roofing work safely and efficiently
• Handle material transport and heavy lifting as part of a coordinated crew
• Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe on every job
• Bring your expertise to the crew and help mentor newer team members

What You Need

Required:

• Prior experience in flat/commercial roofing or a closely related trade
• Working knowledge of roofing hand and power tools and safe practices
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in changing weather

Desired:

• Experience with EPDM, TPO, or built-up roofing systems
• 2+ years of flat/commercial roofing experience
