What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, including DSS/ABC Quality standards
• Meet the necessary health and safety requirements, including passing a health assessment, TB test, fingerprinting, and background check
• Complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional development training within the first year of employment
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of the children
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Provide essential care and support to the daily needs of the children in our care

Requirements

High School Diploma

6 months of experience working in a DSS licensed childcare center

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Completion of ECD 101 or equivalent training
