As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Licensing Requirement: A current Hawaii Property & Casualty insurance license is required for this position. If you’re not currently licensed, we will support you with up to three (3) weeks of paid structured training, including training materials, study guidance, and exam preparation support, to help you obtain your license. Successful completion of the licensing requirement within the first three (3) weeks of employment is required for continued employment.
Work Schedule: This position is primarily in-office for the first six (6) months. After that period, employees may be eligible to transition to a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs.
This role follows 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, and 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on Friday. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional compensation by helping meet customer needs.
