  • Associates are trained, coached, and motivated—everyone knows their role and target.
  • Tasks are allocated smartly; workflow is balanced to optimize output and efficiency.
  • Safety, policy compliance, and quality standards are consistently upheld.
  • Issues are spotted early, resolved quickly, and downtime is minimized.
  • Work areas remain organized and clean per company standards (5S mindset encouraged).
  • Quality control is supported so finished goods meet customer requirements.
  • Performance feedback and development plans help team members grow.
  • Cross-functional collaboration advances shared operational goals.
  • Continuous improvement ideas are identified and implemented.
  • Production records are accurate; leadership receives clear operational updates.
  • The culture is positive, respectful, and team-focused.
Your background
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Technical school certification or related training (preferred).
  • 4+ years in a supervisory/lead role within manufacturing, production, or distribution.
  • Experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or comparable role (preferred).
