As we expand our services in Langhorne, PA, we are seeking responsible and caring drivers to join our team.


Position Overview

As a Wheelchair Van Driver, you will provide safe and courteous transportation to clients with mobility needs. This includes wheelchair or stretcher transport to medical appointments, rehabilitation sessions, and other essential destinations. No previous medical transport experience is required — we provide paid training upon hire.


Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate wheelchair-accessible vans and assist passengers with boarding, securing, and disembarking

  • Operate stretchers and lift equipment in accordance with safety protocols

  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding pick-ups and schedule updates

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of vehicle interior

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client dignity and comfort

  • Complete required documentation and trip logs accurately


Schedule & Compensation
  • 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available

  • Start times may begin as early as 4:00 AM

  • Every other Saturday required

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 23 years old

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

  • Clean criminal background and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

  • Physically able to lift and maneuver up to 150+ lbs

  • Reliable transportation to and from our Langhorne Office

  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to follow protocols, remain calm under pressure, and serve clients with compassion


Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in patient care, human services, or transportation

  • Familiarity with route in Langhorne & Philadelphia , PA and surrounding areas

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
