We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Evening RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our residents, while fostering a positive and compassionate work environment.
About the Role:
As an Evening RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare team during the evening shift. Your duties will include:
Supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care delivery
Providing guidance and support to team members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Evening RN Supervisor
Full Time 3pm -11pm w/E/O/W
$42 - $46 Hourly
Plus $1.50 Shift Differential
Plus $1.00 Weekend Shift Differential
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
