At SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team! Responsibilities
Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with medication reminders
Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Encourage social interaction and engagement, promoting mental and emotional well-being
Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements
6+ months of experience as a caregiver or healthcare professional
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
Reliable and insured transportation and valid driver's license (for travel to client homes)
